The Floor

A New Standard in
Evening Entertainment

The ground floor of the Pavilion introduces guests to our signature atmosphere — a grand sweep of space featuring a fully staffed host desk, the Pavilion champagne bar, and access to our live entertainment programme.

The upper level, known simply as The Gallery, offers a more intimate setting — curved booths upholstered in forest green velvet, a private bar, and dedicated hosts for every party.

The Gallery is available for exclusive private hire — ideal for milestone celebrations, corporate entertaining and VIP events.

Live Jazz Ensemble

Thursday through Sunday, our resident quartet performs from 9pm. The finest standards, brilliantly played.

Grand Piano Nights

Monday and Tuesday evenings feature solo piano performances in the Pavilion atrium — intimate and extraordinary.

Champagne Receptions

Monthly hosted champagne and cocktail evenings for hotel guests — elegant, convivial and always memorable.

The Crown Pavilion is conceived as London's most refined adults-only social venue — a place where conversation flows, live music fills the room and every detail of the evening has been thoughtfully considered.

Our multilingual host team is present throughout the evening, ensuring that every guest — whether a first-time visitor or a returning member — receives attentive, personalised service from arrival to departure.

Complimentary welcome drinks are offered to all guests upon arrival. A curated selection of cocktails, wines and spirits is available throughout the evening from our dedicated Pavilion bar.

Dress Code & Access

Dress Code

Smart to black tie. Our team ask that guests dress appropriately to the setting — jeans, trainers and sportswear are not permitted.

Age Verification

Valid photo ID (passport or driving licence) is required for all guests. We operate a strict 18+ admission policy without exception.

Opening Hours

The Pavilion opens at 7:00pm nightly. Last admission is at 1:00am. The venue closes at 3:00am. Closed Christmas Day.

Membership

Annual membership is available, offering priority access, reserved tables and exclusive member events throughout the year.
