Our Commitment

UK City Resort Hotel operates its entertainment facilities under a full UK Gambling Commission licence and takes its duty of care to guests extremely seriously. We believe that entertainment should be enjoyable, social and within one's means. We actively promote responsible engagement with all our facilities and provide practical support for guests who may be experiencing difficulties.

Age Verification

We operate a mandatory, rigorous age verification process at the entrance to all areas of the resort and specifically at the entrance to The Crown Pavilion. Valid photographic ID (passport, UK driving licence or other government-issued identification) is required for all guests. We operate a strict Challenge 25 policy — any guest who appears to be under 25 will be asked for ID. Our staff are trained to apply this policy consistently and without exception.

If you are under 18 and attempt to access the resort or its entertainment facilities, you will be refused entry. We do not apologise for this — it is a legal requirement and a moral obligation we take seriously.

Responsible Enjoyment

We encourage all guests to approach entertainment as a leisure activity and to set clear personal limits before engaging. Our recommendations:

• Decide on a budget before you begin — and stick to it
• Treat entertainment as a form of leisure, not as a means of income
• Take regular breaks during your visit
• Avoid participation when you are tired, upset or under the influence of alcohol
• Do not attempt to recoup losses by increasing your activity
• Keep track of time — it's easy to lose awareness in our evening venues

Self-Exclusion

We offer a voluntary self-exclusion programme for guests who feel they may benefit from a period away from our entertainment facilities. To request self-exclusion, please speak privately to any member of our management team, or contact us in writing at supp@ukcityresorthotel.top. Self-exclusion is applied immediately and remains in force for a minimum of six months.

We are also registered with the national self-exclusion scheme GamStop, which allows individuals to self-exclude from all UK licensed operators simultaneously.

Every member of our entertainment team is trained in responsible entertainment practices and is empowered to offer discreet, respectful assistance to any guest who may be experiencing difficulties. There is no judgement — only support. Please do not hesitate to approach any team member if you have concerns about yourself or another guest.
